SINP 2026: Saskatchewan Streams, Caps & Allocation
The SINP has four categories — International Skilled Worker, Saskatchewan Experience, Entrepreneur, and Farm Owner and Operator — and most worker routes now need a Saskatchewan job offer backed by an Employer Position Assessment. Saskatchewan's 2026 allocation is 5,261 nominations, with at least 50% reserved for priority sectors (health care, agriculture, skilled trades, mining, manufacturing, energy, technology) and at most 25% for capped sectors (trucking, retail, accommodation and food services). The no-job-offer Occupation In-Demand and Saskatchewan Express Entry routes still exist on paper, but no EOI draws have been published since September 2024.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are Saskatchewan Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand EOI draws still running?
No EOI draws for either pathway have been published since September 12, 2024. Both pathways remain on the SINP's official program list, but should be treated as dormant, not closed, until new draws are announced.
What is Saskatchewan's 2026 PNP allocation and how is it split by sector?
5,261 nominations total. At least 50% is reserved for priority sectors (health care, agriculture, skilled trades, mining, manufacturing, energy, technology), which keep year-round intake. Capped sectors (trucking, retail, accommodation and food services) get at most 25% and are limited to scheduled intake windows.
Do I need a job offer for the SINP?
For most current routes, yes. The Employment Offer, Health Talent, Innovation and Tech Talent pathways, and the Saskatchewan Experience category all require a Saskatchewan job offer backed by an approved EPA. Only the (currently dormant) Occupation In-Demand and Saskatchewan Express Entry EOI routes do not require one.
What is the SINP application fee?
$500, non-refundable, for International Skilled Worker and Saskatchewan Experience applications.
