Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PRPath.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Nature of Service
PRPath.ca is an informational platform that provides automated tools to help users understand Canadian immigration pathways. PRPath.ca is not an immigration consulting firm, a law firm, or a registered immigration consultant. Use of the platform does not create a consultant-client or solicitor-client relationship.
No Immigration Advice
The assessment results, CRS estimates, pathway rankings, and gap analyses generated by PRPath.ca are informational estimates only. Only Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) determines actual eligibility for any immigration program. For advice specific to your circumstances, consult a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) registered with the CICC or a licensed Canadian immigration lawyer.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Notify us immediately at contact@prpath.ca if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post to the forum, success stories, and reviews. By posting, you grant PRPath.ca a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform. PRPath.ca reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates community guidelines or applicable law. Users must not post immigration legal advice, personal immigration documents, or content that could be construed as professional legal or immigration consulting. Approved public posts may be indexed by search engines, and we may notify search engines when they are published, updated, or removed. Edits to previously published posts may also be held for review before they go live, using the same moderation standards as new posts.
Accuracy and Timeliness
Immigration rules, processing times, draw scores, and program eligibility requirements change frequently. Information on PRPath.ca may not reflect the most recent updates. Where possible, we display a "last updated" timestamp. Always verify information with official IRCC sources or a licensed professional before making any decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRPath.ca and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of assessment results or the outcome of any immigration application.
Consultant Directory
PRPath.ca maintains a directory of immigration consultants for informational purposes only. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by PRPath.ca. Users must independently verify that any consultant is currently registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) at college-ic.ca before engaging their services.
Privacy

Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
