Arrima Portal
Arrima is the online expression-of-interest portal Quebec uses to receive and invite candidates under the PSTQ.
Candidates submit a declaration of interest (an EOI system); Quebec periodically invites top-ranked candidates for a full PSTQ application. PEQ is pass/fail and doesn't use Arrima's ranking for intake, though it shares the portal.
