Express Entry Pool
The Express Entry pool is the ranked set of all active candidate profiles IRCC draws from when issuing ITAs.
A profile stays 1 year unless the candidate gets an ITA, withdraws, or becomes ineligible. Candidates can update it anytime (new test, job offer) to raise their CRS score and rank.
