Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW)
FSW is an Express Entry program for candidates with 1+ year of continuous foreign (or Canadian) skilled work experience, needing no Canadian experience — so it also suits applicants outside Canada.
Needs CLB 7 minimum in all 4 abilities, an ECA for foreign education, and 67+ of 100 points on the FSW grid (age, education, experience, language, arranged employment, adaptability). Work must be TEER 0-3.
