TEER Category
TEER (Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities) is the 0-5 category IRCC assigns to every occupation under NOC 2021 to indicate its skill level.
TEER 0 covers senior management; TEER 1 generally needs a university degree; TEER 2/3 need college diplomas, apprenticeships, or years of on-the-job training; TEER 4 needs high school and/or weeks of training; TEER 5 needs little to no formal training. CEC accepts only TEER 0-3, with CLB 7 for TEER 0/1 and CLB 5 for TEER 2/3 — TEER 4/5 jobs don't qualify for CEC at all.
