A candidate scoring NCLC 7+ in all 4 French abilities unlocks a CRS bonus of 25 points, or 50 if English is also CLB 5+ in all 4 abilities.
This sits in additional points alongside PNP, Canadian education, and sibling points. Example: NCLC 8 French + CLB 6 English across all abilities earns the full 50, on top of first/second-language core points.
