Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC)
NCLC is the French-language equivalent of the CLB, converting TEF or TCF results into a standard 1-12 scale used across immigration programs.
NCLC 7+ in all 4 abilities unlocks the CRS French bonus (25 or 50 points), and matters for Quebec's PSTQ/PEQ, most AIP/RCIP streams, and the Francophone Community Immigration Pilot.
